Ok. So. This vegetarian thing aint working worth shit. So.....I am trying something a little different. Kinda a "caveman" diet thing. The vegetarian thing made me feel like crap. I don't know what happened this time. So, I have decided on a planned meal itinerary. I think the lack of protein and lack of initiative made me....cranky. So here is what I have decided:
Breakfast: 1-2 Eggs either scrambled or hard boiled. Whole wheat/grain toast.
Snack: Yogurt
Lunch: Veggie mix
Dinner: A piece of meat (non fried, either baked or grilled only) with steamed or raw veggies.
No refined sugars. No soda. No unnecessary fats. Very very Very little starch. I figured on wheat toast int he morning so I have time to metabolize it off. And I wake so early that I need a little extra carb. So I will be sending reports hopefully a little more than usual.
